This is designed for BUSY females who are short on time but want to build a TONED physique in just 3 sessions per week with an optional cardio/conditioning session to challenge your fitness and endurance goals too!
With not 1 but 2 coaches in your corner to support you in achieving yours goals, in person group meet ups, and the chance to join a community of likeminded females... You wont be short of support and encouragement to become the best version of yourself. We cover everything from nutritional guidance, group challenges, weekly checks ins and training flexibility, to ensure you're not short of motivation to look and feel your best.
We provide optional renewal and/or upgrade programmes each block to ensure your short and/or long term fitness goals are achievable!
